a) Click Here to Understand how to install PHP / Apache Server on your computer (Skip if already done)

c)Download PHP Editor by Clicking Here

d)Create a new project (File>New Project) in C:\PHP\htdocs\

ex. C:\PHP\htdocs\My First Project

leave the URL as IS for now

e)Press OK

f)Then Click File > New > PHP

g)For how to make your first PHP Page Click Here
